Such a huge improvement!!! Below someone said that the board sticks out, it can go all the way in just keep pushing it down hard and it slides in all the way and fold the top velcro over it. I dont understand whats up with baby jogger not making a firm back board standard on the 2010s.

I just got this item and popped it into our city mini. I was expecting my daughter to be sitting up much more, but it did not work as well as I had hoped. Odd because another friend of ours bought one at a baby store and her's seems to be working just fine. I will have to compare mine to hers and see if there is a difference! It is a very thin piece of plastic, hardly worth 15!

How annoying that you would have to buy a separate back support for a stripped down stroller that isn't cheep to begin with. Apparently the new 2011 city minis have this support included. It's plastic and very over priced. It's best to remove the support bar from inside the stroller first before sliding the board in. Once the board is in, you can place the bar back in and they both fit perfectly. Otherwise it will be hard to secure the velcro flap over it and the board will stick out. The board keeps my baby from slouching and makes the stroller more comfortable for her to ride in. I've owned my city mini for over a year and love it still. Well worth the money.
